We provide consult and support throughout the start-up phase of our client's new international operation or project launch. Generally, projects we accept may last anywhere from 1 to 6 months. Ongoing advice and support is available for up to one full year for additional fees, if desired.
The key to our success lies in thoroughly learning and knowing our client's business and their goals, including any limitations they may have (financial concerns or production capacity, for example) and how such limitations would affect the possibilities and pace of any international expansion.
Further, based on our cumulative first-hand knowledge, experience and a visit to the target market(s), we prepare an analysis of the selected expanion market(s) and an action plan for our clients. This plan is customized for each client. The plan may include all or some of the following:
MARKET SUMMARY - General facts and the important applicable statistics.
MARKETING CONSIDERATIONS - Acceptance of client's product, service and business model, competition analysis, market, brand positioning, adaptability (if any) of home market programs/calendar, any language translations, pricing
POTENTIAL LOCAL BUSINESS PARTNERS - Advice, recommendations, and, if needed, introductions
Marketing considerations summary of any competitors, any possible challenges they may face due to cultural, religious, or legal differences and current events along with our suggestions how to overcome them.
For all of our new clients, we normally will arrange to meet with prospective clients to negotiate our contract, services and fees and set a project timetable through a series of face-to-face meetings, first in Los Angeles followed by 1-3 subsequent meetings in either their country or the USA.
